The general Y81 archive lists several discharge methods; the separate Y81/T archive describes side pushing. These statements have different scopes. A method listed for the wider family should not automatically be assigned to every model, and a specific series description should not be expanded into a family-wide claim.
For procurement, keep three levels separate: the general family’s listed possibilities, the description attached to the relevant series, and the discharge arrangement confirmed for the actual machine. This helps avoid approving a method merely because it appears somewhere in a related catalog.
Compare the two source contexts
The general Y81 series archive lists turning out the bale, pushing it sideways, pushing it forward and manual removal among its discharge descriptions. It does not assign every listed method to every row of the model tables.
The separate Y81/T archive describes pushing the package sideways. That page’s table includes Y81/T-500. Nanyuan’s current Y81/T-500 reference page identifies the earlier table as historical data requiring confirmation for a new machine.
| Evidence level | What the available source says | Limit of that evidence |
|---|---|---|
| General Y81 family | Several ways of removing or discharging the bale are listed | The list does not map each method to each model |
| Y81/T series archive | Side pushing is described; Y81/T-500 is present in the table | This is a historical series statement, not a current machine commitment |
| Current quoted machine | The applicable proposal must identify its arrangement | The answer is not supplied by the two archive pages alone |
Do not turn a family list into a menu of included functions
A buyer reading the general page might assume that a selected machine can turn out, side-push and forward-push its output. The listed alternatives do not establish that combination. Nor do they prove that the buyer can select any of those methods for a particular current model.
Record the method actually attached to the reference under discussion. Where the source gives only a family list, leave model-level attribution unresolved. Where it gives a more specific series description, retain the series label and historical qualification beside it. Do not drop those qualifiers when copying the information into a comparison sheet.
The same caution applies to model letters. The source’s explicit Y81/T description supports discussing side pushing for that archived series; it does not authorize a universal decoding rule for every letter or suffix in the wider range. Use the applicable description rather than inventing a naming convention.
Separate discharge method from direction and downstream movement
“Sideways” identifies the historical description’s kind of output movement. It does not identify left or right relative to a buyer’s chosen viewpoint, a stroke length, landing position or operating clearance. A photograph viewed from a different direction cannot settle those missing details.
Similarly, a stated discharge method does not describe every subsequent handling operation. Side pushing alone is not evidence of an included conveyor, collection device or transport-ready output. Those are separate scope questions for the current proposal, not additional functions to attach to the archive sentence.
Check a proposed method against the right reference
Consider a fictional comparison in which one offer cites only the general Y81 page and another cites the Y81/T page. The second has a more specific historical basis for discussing side pushing. Neither has yet confirmed the discharge arrangement of the machine actually offered. Ask each supplier response to identify the selected configuration and its applicable current description.
If the current offer differs from the historical wording, request a clear explanation tied to that offer. A difference may reflect a different configuration; it is not automatically an error. Do not replace the current specification with the archive or silently treat the archive as amended.
Send a discharge-method inquiry with the exact model reference, the catalog statement you are comparing and the required output handoff. Ask which method is confirmed for the proposed machine. Keep any unresolved direction, geometry, downstream equipment and operating requirements separate for the appropriate technical review.
