Q91Y Servo-Motor Options: Ask What the Quotation Actually Includes

A screen-controlled Q91Y description does not, by itself, establish that a servo motor is included. The historical series page discusses screen controls and an on-request servo-motor option in different statements. Keep those statements separate when comparing the offered equipment instead of reading one as confirmation of the other.

The historical source identifies an option

Nanyuan’s historical Q91Y open-press-box catalog includes a note saying that a servo motor can be installed according to customer requirements. A separate feature describes a screen display control panel and automatic integrated control. The table has a main-motor-power column, but does not identify a servo arrangement for each row.

This supports a narrow purchasing conclusion: the page’s control description and power entries do not close the servo-inclusion question for a current offer. It does not prove which motor is supplied as standard, which present models support an option, or whether the quoted machine includes a particular drive package.

Give the three descriptions separate fields

Description What it contributes to the inquiry What remains to be identified
Screen/control wording A historical statement about the control interface The actual current control equipment and functions
Main-motor-power entry A historical power notation for the named row The current motor identity and proposed arrangement
Servo-motor option note Evidence that the catalog presents it as an on-request feature Whether the exact current quotation includes it

Do not combine these into a single spreadsheet label such as “automatic servo system” unless the supplier’s current documents actually identify that system. Likewise, a photograph of a display screen cannot establish the equipment connected to it.

Request a component-specific answer

The Q91Y-500 listing links to the historical series source and provides a model reference for discussion. Ask the supplier to state whether a servo-motor option is included, excluded or still under review for the exact proposal. Request the corresponding equipment description and quotation line, not a general reply that the series is automatic.

If the offer uses the word servo, ask which component or package that term names and which current document identifies it. The buyer need not infer architecture from the catalog. The responsible technical team should determine the relevant motor, drive, control and integration scope for the proposed configuration.

Keep optional and included distinct

A feature being described as available on request is different from that feature appearing in the accepted commercial scope. If a proposal contains an optional line, record whether it is selected and which revision reflects the decision. Do not assume that an option discussed in an email has become part of the machine simply because the headline model name stayed unchanged.

Where two proposals differ, ask the supplier to identify the actual equipment difference and any documents requiring revision. This keeps the comparison about the quoted configuration rather than about two marketing labels. No price or availability for the option is established here.

Do not attach an unsupported benefit to the label

A servo description alone does not establish a particular production rate, electricity saving, noise level, operating precision or maintenance result. Those outcomes require their own applicable evidence. The Q91Y power-and-energy guide addresses why a power notation cannot substitute for measured energy-per-tonne evidence; this article resolves the earlier question of what equipment is actually being offered.

This is a quotation review, not a retrofit or electrical instruction. It does not recommend replacing motors, altering control parameters or changing safety functions. Technical suitability and installation questions belong with qualified reviewers using current manufacturer documents.

Send the unresolved option question with the offer

Through Nanyuan’s contact page, provide the exact model listing and quotation revision, then ask: does this proposal include the servo-motor option, and which document identifies the supplied arrangement? Keep the response with the accepted equipment list. That produces a verifiable inclusion decision without converting a historical option note into a current machine or performance guarantee.
