Y81/F-250 Archive: Compare Three Chamber Options

The same force figure does not make every archived Y81/F-250 configuration identical. The catalog contains three rows with different chamber dimensions, bale cross-sections and motor notations. Use those differences to ask which current configuration is being offered, rather than choosing equipment from a shared model name alone.

Read the archived rows side by side

The Y81/F-250 catalog page presents the following archived specifications. They are catalog references, not a current quotation, available-stock statement or confirmation that every listed configuration is supplied today.

Archived row Force, ton Chamber, mm Bale cross-section, mm Motor notation, kW
1 250 2000 × 1400 × 900 500 × 500 2 × 22
2 250 2500 × 2000 × 1000 500 × 500 2 × 30
3 250 2500 × 2000 × 1200 600 × 600 2 × 30

Keep the column labels and units when copying the rows into a purchasing comparison. The bale entry is a cross-section; it is not a three-dimensional bale size. The motor entry records a configuration notation, not electricity consumed per bale.

Calculate only what the table supports

Comparing row 2 with row 1 gives chamber-dimension differences of 500, 600 and 100 mm in the listed order. Both show a 500 by 500 mm bale cross-section, while the motor notation changes from 2 × 22 to 2 × 30 kW.

Comparing row 3 with row 2 gives no change in the first two chamber dimensions and a 200 mm increase in the third. The listed cross-section changes from 500 by 500 to 600 by 600 mm. These arithmetic differences identify questions to ask; they do not rank the rows for productivity or suitability.

Do not convert dimensions into unsupported performance

A rectangular calculation using the chamber dimensions would not establish usable loading volume, an allowable material envelope or safe feeding access. The current design, feed arrangement and material review matter. Likewise, the shared 250-ton figure does not establish equal cycle time, bale density, throughput or performance on different scrap streams.

Motor notation does not establish running power, duty cycle, site electrical requirements or energy per tonne. Give the exact proposed configuration to a qualified site reviewer and obtain current electrical documentation rather than deriving installation requirements from this archive.

Ask the supplier to identify the current offer

  • Which archived row, if any, corresponds to the current proposal?
  • What current configuration code, drawing number and revision apply?
  • What feed opening, chamber and discharge arrangement are shown on that drawing?
  • What output dimensions and material assumptions does the proposal use?
  • Which archived fields have changed or should no longer be used?

Record the response against the exact quotation revision. If the current offer differs from every archived row, retain the current data as its own configuration record. Do not blend favorable values from different rows into an imagined specification.

Bring the material brief into the comparison

Describe the actual material, common and largest reported piece dimensions, visible attachments and intended receiving requirements. Ask what further review or representative evaluation is needed. The feed-box measurement guide provides related questions, but neither article authorizes loading or operation.

Request the current Y81/F-250 configuration from Nanyuan with the archived row reference and your material brief. A clear response should connect one offered machine to one current drawing and one defined application basis.
